Decided to book here after reading the good reviews. Am happy to say the reviews live up to their name. Had an hours appointment with Joel Sim after having been suffering with the worse sciatica pain. This man obviously knows his stuff. A true professional who was friendly and put me at ease. The difference I saw after seeing him after just one session was unbelievable! I have since had no pain whatsoever. Magic Man is what I would call him. Thank you Joel for taking away the pain I was having. Money worth spent. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here.

Because I am tall and have a weak core, I tried Watt Health to help with my chronic lower back pain. I routinely use chiropractic services to assist keep me in line and Pilates services to help strengthen the areas that need it. The team has made a significant difference. I can now lift weights confidently and perform daily tasks without limiting pain. I wholeheartedly recommend the Watt Health team! Keep up the good work guys.

Nick is a brilliant chiropractor! As a trade person I always have some shoulder and back pains. Nick is very knowledgeable in his field and always knows where to push to fixe up. Book in advance as he is always very busy.

Was giving up hope of resolving my shoulder and neck issue until Watt Health were recommended to me. Both Stephanie and Nick have been so thorough, they have listened and explained what my issues are and given me a series of tailored exercise plans. I wish I had met them both months ago, would have no hesitation in recommending them. I finally feel I am in safe hands and making progress.

After having a bad neck for months due to a strain at work, after seeing Nick for a session a few weeks ago, my neck has never felt better. My rotation is better and movement has increased 10 fold. I attended my second session today and booked in for my next because the results and the feeling after is too good not to return. As well a great treatment, Nick went through with me exactly what was going on and left nothing unexplained. Can't wait for my next appointment! 🙌

Nick and Steph are both absolutely amazing professionals within their own fields. Nick as a chiropractor is always realigning my back and body through my sport as a World powerlifter and now sprinter too. The other day he even kingly fitted me in within this lunch break as he knew I was in agony. Steph acts as my sports therapist and massages my upper body or legs with soft tissue work enabling me to continue into the gy/track to achieve my goals and recently helped me prior to my 100m sprint. Thoroughly recommend them both very professional always on time, Covid-19 strict ruling so you feel totally safe at all times. They kindly look after all my PT clients too. Recommend you book in advance they are extremely busy!

I have used Watt Health for physio, chiropractic and sports massage treatment and have received excellent care for my patella tendonitis injury over the past 3 months. I tried Watt Health as I wanted someone brand new to look at me who had never seen me before, and from initial assessment through treatment and to a final consultation, I received a very professional and very personal service. I was reassured through every stage of my injury and I feel even more confident physically than I did before. All treatments were very effective and I was given comprehensive aftercare advice after every appointment.

Nick was recommended to me by a friend. I have been having back pain for some years and finally decided to do something about it. After 1 session had some amazing benefit and have carried on weekly since, and my back has certainly improved. The studio is handily placed, the staff are really friendly and welcoming with good knowledge, and the sessions are cost effective and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Both Steph and Nick are top notch ! They are excellent in their job and their professionalism was obvious from my first visit . I suffered from a very bad sciatica , caused from a bulged disc at my lower back , however their tailored treatment plan massively improved the issue to the point were the pain is nearly gone . Thanks a lot guys and keep up the good work !

Nick has worked wonders on my back. After years of suffering from lower back pain and trying all sorts of physios and massages to try and help I thought I would give Nick a try. I didn't really know what to expect at first, but from my first consultation over a year ago until now I have been amazed at the results. My back is feeling as good as it has ever done! For me it has been a great relief to be able to work and play pain free! I could not recomend Nick Highly enough!

I saw both Nick and Steph whilst pregnant, and Steph post partum. I suffered with really bad pelvic pain whilst pregnant, and the treatment that both Nick and Steph provided through realignment and pilates helped to manage the pain immensely. I returned to see Steph for more pilates 8 weeks post partum and I'm now able to return to my pre-pregnancy exercise regime! I'd highly recommend Steph and Nick to everyone I know, and bonus - they're both super lovely and approachable!

I've been dealing with Dr Sim and I would comment that he is really friendly, relatable & professional. I'm sure the rest of the team would lead by example too. It's also the first time where I've seen the positives in repeat treatment and not just had a fix and never gone back! Very much appreciated.

I was suffering with back/shoulder pain which became very uncomfortable, I’ve also seen a chiropractor before and had a bad experience at a different clinic that were unfortunately not able to solve my issues, so I was slightly weary of going again, however I didn’t need to worry. Dr Nicholas and the team are absolutely fantastic I can’t recommend them enough, the trust I have in not only their ability but also their ethics is unrivalled. The root of the problem was found within the first session and is now being treated. I would also like to add I have never left a review anywhere before, but I just had to for this clinic!!

I have received treatment from Steph and Nic for a whiplash injury over the last few months. They have massively helped me to recover, and I can now honestly say that my neck and upper back is the best it has been in as long as I can remember. They are both very knowledgeable and provide a good exercise plan to go along side their treatment which makes recovery much more effective. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of help to recover from a neck injury.

After being recommended to Nick for back pain I went to my first consultation he managed to get straight to the route of the problem and instantly made a difference with mobility with treatment over the weeks and simple exercises at home. Has also after only 1 treatment eased my golfers elbow pain would highly recommend Nick.
